On Wednesday morning, my husband and I climbed to the top of Koko Head. It is a mountain on the east side of Oahu that has an old track going straight up the side. It used to carry a cart to the top of the mountain for a reason that I am not exactly sure of.
Naturally, I carried my camera. For this adventure, I took my Canon 7D with my 10-22mm lens.
Here are some of the images from the top.

I just want to tell you that I am newbie to blogging and site-building and seriously enjoyed this blog site. Most likely I’m going to bookmark your blog post . You actually come with fantastic stories. Thanks a bunch for revealing your web page.
Excellent blog post. I certainly love this site. Stick with it!
Thank you so much for your comments. Living in Hawaii, you see a lot of images coming from the islands. I want to try to make a photo album for myself that reflects my memories of the places that I visited and not just the view. For example – the first image has a 13 week old puppy in that a young girl carried up the side of the mountain. It also has my husband who carried up my camera bag for me. =) These are things that I want to remember when I look back at this hike.
I was going to discuss just one but I can’t decide, they’re all striking. I want to be one of those people, I want to be sumbmerged in the air, and I want to be washed with all the colors in these shots. How do you do it? Perspective. The angles you use draw you in. It’s not only the what you’re shooting – we’ve all seen pics of a tropical island. You use the angles of objects or colors to actually make people’s focus rest easily on someplace you want to share. You’re amazing.
